How long does vendor approval take?
Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your profile is approved. Premium applications with a full portfolio are typically approved faster.

Basic vendor registration and listing is completely free. We offer optional premium featured placement packages for vendors who want boosted visibility at the top of the directory.
How does the referral commission work?
Once approved, you can refer clients to Mara Events. When a client you introduce books an event with us, you earn 5 to 8% of the booking value, paid within 14 days of event completion.
Can I register in multiple vendor categories?
Yes! If your business offers services across multiple categories (e.g., photography and videography), you can indicate this in your application description. We'll create a multi-category profile for you.
Do vendors get exclusive access to Mara Events projects?
Verified vendors are given priority consideration for Mara Events-managed projects. Our team reviews the vendor directory first when assembling a supplier list for client events.
