How our fee works
Most of the cost of an event is the event itself: venue, catering, décor, sound and logistics. Our fee is separate and usually works out at 10 to 20% of the total budget, or a flat fee for day-of coordination and simpler events.
On a ₦5M event, that is about ₦500K to ₦1M. We agree the fee and what it covers in writing before we start, and we recommend setting aside another 10 to 15% as a contingency for fuel surcharges, extra catering and last-minute changes.

How much does a party planner cost in Abuja?
Our fee is usually 10 to 20% of the total budget for full planning, or a flat fee for day-of coordination. The celebration itself costs mostly in catering, venue and décor, so guest count makes the biggest difference. We send a written quote once we know the details.
Can you plan a party at our home?
Yes. We plan celebrations at homes, gardens, restaurants and hotels, and we handle rentals such as tents, chairs, tables and lighting when the space needs them.
How early should we book?
Four to eight weeks is enough for most social events. For large milestone birthdays, anniversaries or popular dates in December, two to three months is better.
Do you only do décor, or the whole event?
Either. Our full package covers everything, our hybrid package fills the gaps in a plan you have started, and day-of coordination gives you a team to run the event you have planned.
Can you work with a specific theme or colours?
Yes. We build the décor, table settings, cake and even the invitations around your theme and colours.
